The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with more than 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colorful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. For these versatile and responsible tasks we are looking for innovative heads that think and act sustainably. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and versatile objects – from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn, federal courts and research institutes to the customs, federal police, federal army or the German Federal Institute of Technical Relief (THW). In dialogue with our customers, we shape the way to climate-neutral real estate management. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks must not establish new civil servant relations. It is possible to take over persons who have been exposed to life (identical or next lower grade, but without career change) with the consent of the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF).

Perception of the entire technical building management for object and construction management on complex services, including: ensuring and coordinating operator responsibility for the entire technical operation and the operational safety of the plants and developing operator concepts Preparation of a sustainable technical building (BImA definition) Monitoring and control of TGM service providers Implementation of operational monitoring Support in the technical coordination between the strategic-technical building management in the headquarters and the operational TGM on site Creation of performance directories and performance descriptions for the technical field

Planning and settlement and coordination/ implementation of construction measures on technical installations and measures to improve value in cooperation with the object and construction management teams, including: disturbances to technical installations and installation of installations (optionally by TGM service providers) Coordination and implementation of planned and extraordinary missions after receipt of corresponding notifications on damage to property Control of difficult and complex construction measures taking into account the specific needs of users

Qualification: Completed university studies (Diplom [FH] /Bachelor) of the disciplines Supply engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, technical building equipment or comparable qualification Competences: Possibly multi-year professional experience in technical building equipment or in a similar field of work Comprehensive knowledge of technical building management and the operation of technical installations Knowledge of the relevant regulations and standards (e.g. operational safety regulations, GEF-MA, VDE, VDI and DIN standards depending on the subject) Funded knowledge in SAP or the willingness to acquire and expand Knowledge of standard IT applications (Microsoft Office) and the use of the Internet and the Intranet Further requirements: Extensive understanding of the BImA's service idea as well as customer-oriented behavior and team capability Good planning and organizational capacity High level of reliability and sense of responsibility Good judgment and willingness to decide Good expressiveness in word and writing High performance and the ability to manage even increased work accident independently, thoroughly and objectively Own initiative and the ability to conceptual and creative work High level of social competence, negotiation skills, enforcement capacity and safe occurrence driving licence class B and the willingness to carry a service car Willingness to participate in – including – multi-day training within the entire federal territory
