Service Technician (m/f/d)

This is what awaits you As a service technician at the Lübeck site, you are our professional on site: you make sure our machines run smoothly – with customers in Germany and occasionally in Scandinavia. Your tasks at a glance: Maintenance, maintenance and repair of homogenizers at the customer

Independent application and travel planning (including hotel booking & material preparation)

Support of the spare parts department in the Lübeck office (e.g. for offers & orders)

Workshop repairs as well as maintenance of rental and laboratory machines

Working in the warehouse area (e.g. goods receipt & shipping)

Profiles And Qualifications You bring: A completed technical training (e.g. electrical engineer, mechatronic, industrial mechanic, service technician, etc.)

First experience in technical service or field service? Super! – It's not a must.

You always work independently, organize and keep an overview of the customer.

Travel readiness for domestic and occasional Scandinavian operations (approximately 120 days/year)

MS Office knowledge; SAP or comparable ERP systems are a plus

German safe, English desirable

driving licence class B
