Senior IT Support & Local IT Coordinator (m/f/d)

Support our team at the next possible time! -You coordinate local IT tasks and work together with HQ support to ensure smooth implementation.

• You perform regular briefings with the local management and actively control requirements.

• You are a contact person for IT requirements and supports implementation in close cooperation with the HQ in Munich.

• You plan and tax IT projects independently.

• You are using IMAC support (installations, relocations, supplements and changes) for clients.

• You will ensure the processes and functions of the central 1st level support (Helpdesk).

• You provide user support, especially in cases with physical access to clients.

• You have a completed subject-related IT vocational training or a subject-related university study.

• Practical professional experience in the field of tasks as well as several years of experience in the 1st and 2nd levels of support.

• You know workplace technologies for laptops, desktops and thin clients (Windows and Linux) as well as server racks (HW).

• Knowledge of network architecture, topology and security as well as ideally first project management experience belong to your profile.

• Pragmatism and courage to improvise characterize you, even if it has to go fast.

• Engaged, independent, structured and team-oriented you work reliably in everyday life.

• German and English language skills in word and writing complete your profile.
