Badenova Warmplus is the leading provider of South Baden for innovative heat projects – from deep geothermal energy, waste heat utilization or district heating, we are consistently moving forward at the heat transition strategic management and operational management of the responsibility area with around 165 employees (m/w/d) active design of the heat transition in the market area of Badenova, including the expansion of the business area Renewable heat to 1 TWh green heat until 2035 Further development of the business field strategy focusing on sales, project development, project management and the operation of plants and networks Creating optimal framework conditions and clear guidelines that enable teams to achieve their goals independently close cooperation with the commercial managing director, in particular in the financing of growth, the further development of the control, reporting and controlling system and the improvement of risk management you represent the BadenovaWÄRMEPLUS and are the central contact for executives as well as the management of the other business units to jointly take responsibility for the overall organisation Identification and implementation of dynamic growth opportunities and control of acquisition measures

a completed study of engineering, economic engineering or technical training as well as several years of proven successful professional experience in project development, project implementation and/or plant operation – ideally in the energy industry high self-motivation, strong interest in energy economic issues and a pronounced affinity for commercial topics Team spirit and the ability, together with the leadership team and the associated teams, to tackle the challenging challenges of the heat transition and to master solutions guided by agile, self-organized teams and want to develop the path to more self-organisation and self-responsibility consistently Enforcement strength as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action, combined with active proximity to market, customers and municipal partners (m/w/d) strong team orientation: You work integratively and loyally, convince by high motivation and enthusiasm, and thereby act confidently very good knowledge of German and the security to express you clearly and professionally on C1 level
