You continuously create and optimize primary and scheduling for series production and maintain customer orders in SAP You act as a central response and escalation level for customers in case of operational deviations and assume responsible customer relationship management Ensure efficient, economical and smooth planning You agree closely with the relevant specialist departments, in particular with secondary planning You are responsible for compliance with contractually agreed buffers and delivery reliability and monitor the corresponding KPIs You analyze target-actual deviations, define relevant KPIs and support in forecasts You take over and check planning data in customer interfaces and ensure data quality You support the creation of offers

Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or BWL – alternatively a commercial training with relevant additional qualifications Experience in program and process management as well as in cooperation with customers Ideally first insights or professional experience in the aviation sector Fast conception, flexible operation and loadability even in challenging situations Clear, solution-oriented communication and strong customer focus Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint German and English skills
