You run digital insurance products like your own business – from the first idea to the successful scaling in the market.

We actively drive the digital transformation of the insurance industry – with scalable solutions for damage and performance processes. In your role, you are responsible not only for features, but also for the economic success of your products: you connect market, customers, operations, and IT & Data, clearly prioritise the business impact and make measurable results from ideas.

You drive the development and scaling of digital products – from business case to implementation to market penetrationYou identify and prioritize features along customer needs, market requirements and operational Pain Points

You ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness – in close coordination with IT, data and specialist areas You validate products early in the market – through MVPs, pilots and continuous feedback loops You control cross-departmental cooperation and are responsible for implementing agile teams You analyze market, competition and regulatory developments and take concrete measures You make product success measurable and controllable – through clear KPIs and data-based decisions You are driving innovations around automation, data and AI pragmatically and scalable

Must-have

Multiannual experience in product management of digital solutions with clear business responsibility Funded background in the insurance environment (including personal injury and/or PKV) Detectable experience in business-case development and market-oriented product development Strong stakeholder management up to customer and management level Ability to structure complex requirements and translate them into feasible solutions Good understanding of technological possibilities (platforms, data, automation) Entrepreneurial thinking, high self-responsibility and clear implementation strength

Nice-to-have

Experience with MVP setups, pilot programs and experimental validation Practice with KPI frameworks (e.g. North Star, OKRs) Contact points with AI-Use-Cases in the insurance environment Experience in dealing with regulatory requirements and their translation into products
