To make the museum visit a special experience, there is a new profession: the communicator. They form the heart of the exhibition and are on the way to the exhibition. They are hosts in a certain way, encourage them to join the numerous information/assistant and adventure stations and invite visitors to a dialogue at eye level. The communicators we are looking for are friendly, team- and service-oriented. They tell the special background stories from different topics and establish relationships with everyday life worlds. Finally, they contribute to a high quality of stay by inspiring, awakening the joy of discovery of the visitors and encouraging digression.

We are looking for a part-time power that can also take over team management tasks for at least 80 to approx. 100 hours/month. Working time is possible within the framework of the schedules.

Working hours: Tuesday to Friday; 08:45h - 17:00h Saturday/Sunday and holidays; 9:45h - 18:00h

We're looking for someone who

• open and friendly and has a serviceorient appearance
• responsibly, ready for use and absolutely capable of teaming
• can deal with people of all ages, establish contacts and communicate like
• can explain clearly and understanding
• has good sensitivity and has cultural competences
• very good (flowing) German speaks and has good English skills - knowledge of other languages are welcome but not obligatory
• has experience in managing teams and is ready to play an active role in a team leadership team
• has the pleasure of working and is looking for a new professional challenge in the museum area.
