Plant Manager Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

You ensure the safe and reliable operation of the electrical building infrastructure and monitor the technical facilities in the area of responsibility You undertake and coordinate, among other things, the operation of medium and low voltage systems (20kV and 230/400V) as well as other electrotechnical devices You organize and accompany statutory audits, in particular according to DGUV V3, and ensure the timely implementation of the resulting measures You actively participate in technical projects, support modernization and optimization measures and follow the implementation of defined measures You analyze plant conditions, ensure transparent information sharing and regularly agree with internal and external partners You support the achievement of the defined KPIs in the field and take action in implementing corporate objectives and strategic initiatives with You follow audit findings, introduce appropriate corrective measures and support the sustainable elimination of identified shortcomings You ensure compliance with the defined quality, hygiene, work and environmental standards and support the continuous improvement of existing processes

You have a completed training as an electrician, mechatronic (m/w/d) or in a comparable technical profession and have several years of professional experience You bring well-founded knowledge and practical experience in the operation of medium-voltage systems and in electrical building technology You have a good understanding of relevant standards, guidelines and legal regulations in the electrotechnical environment You have a broad technical understanding of adjacent structures and are happy to work at the interfaces of various departments You draw from an independent, structured and responsible way of working You work cooperatively, actively support your team and convince with a solution-oriented approach You are ready to learn, open to new challenges and bring the motivation to continuously develop technical processes You have a safe handling of MS Office as well as very good German and good English skills in word and writing
