As a Leadership Development Expert, you design and optimise the Leadership Experience throughout the Leadership Life Cycle. You are responsible for the implementation and further development of leadership, appropriate development programmes, leadership performance and new leadership roles at enercity and their evaluation. As part of the Leadership Experience (product visions), you will take over the technical design, design and realization. You implement strategies, methods and instruments for leadership development and support their implementation. The introduction of a competence and performance model is one of your tasks as well as its continuous development. In addition, you implement feedback processes for leadership roles. In addition, you advise and coach leaders and participants in the management and development programmes.

You have a degree in economics studies or have a comparable qualification and have several years of experience in leadership development. In addition, you have already carried out projects or the management of employees, bringing together sub-enterprise skills in the management sector. Your thinking is characterized by strategic considerations and you keep the whole thing in mind. You have systemic competence and provide sound knowledge in performance management, personality development and aptitude diagnosis and change processes. You are also familiar with topics such as leadership models, training conception and implementation, selection procedures and feedback systems. With the help of your strong communication, feedback and conflict skills, you can easily act, advise, coaching or moderating.
