You convince our guests from the first moment. At Motel One, Check In is check out. In addition, you will take care of:

• Processing of reservations, including check of reservations, overbookings and options
• Organisational and administrative tasks in both front and back office areas (e.g. management of non-arrivals, answering emails)
• Cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through cooperation in our multicultural teams
• Bar activities (in the absence of the bar employee)
• Work on weekends (the service mainly refers to Saturday or Sunday)
