varied and responsible You check quality indicators of our delivery tours and guide measures to increase delivery quality You check and optimize utilisation & delivery performance of our vehicles and perform entry and exit controls Plan and collect collections as employees of our logistics department You are contact person for transport contractors & service drivers and advise proactive You define tour planning with transport operators You process complaints and customer complaints

Complete training as a forwarding businessman / forwarding businesswoman, ideally with first industry experience e.g. B. as tour guide High communication and team skills and customer orientation IT affinity with the willingness to work into new IT systems Commitment, motivation and enforcement Ready for shift and Saturday work
