System Engineer Real Estate Management (m/f/d)

You enter and develop our central real estate IT system technically. Between the cornerstones of real estate business, application development, IT security and operation of the participating systems is your field of play. You are responsible for the technical support of our real estate application systems. You work in an interdisciplinary team for our internal partners, understand the technical details of the applications and control the implementation of requirements in cooperation with internal departments, IT and external service providers. In our strictly regulated business environment, you consider creating and maintaining technical documentation as a self-sufficient and important part of your work.

Complete study of (economic) informatics or comparable IT qualification. Multiannual experience in support and further development of application systems, ideally in the real estate/CAFM/SAP environment incl. Sections on archive, maintenance or ERP systems. High technical understanding, ability to translate technical requirements into IT solutions and structured technical documentation. Representative awareness of IT security, data protection and compliance in a regulated environment. Communication-strong, team-oriented personalities with self-employed, analytical and solution-oriented working methods and the ability to take responsibility for a central IT system.
