Total responsibility for the ECM 4 division with around 315 employees, including 6 direct managers – both professional and disciplinary. Takeover of the ECM 4 function: Ensuring maintenance of rail vehicles (maintenance, repair, refurbishment, accident repair, technical improvements). Strategic management of long-term economic, resource and capacity planning. Initiation and management of projects to optimize the workshop infrastructure and workshop processes. Further development of the structure and sequence organisation as well as the key figures system. Leadership and implementation of special strategic projects in the business sector. Ensuring the qualification and further development of employees through consistent competence management. Promote a performance-oriented, value-adding and forward-looking leadership culture.

Complete master studies in engineering (e.g. industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering). At least 5 years of detectable leadership experience in a comparable position with responsibility for large teams (>120 employees), ideally in the technical or industrial environment. Experience in managing executives and managing complex organisational structures. Designed strategic and economic competence, in particular in budgetary responsibility, resource management and organisational development. Detectable successes in implementing projects in the field of change management, digitization and process optimization. Knowledge of maintenance – ideally in the field of rail vehicles. High social competence, enforcement strength and the ability to motivate, develop and win employees for changes. Analytical thinking, joy of decision and a sovereign appearance also in challenging situations.
