Support for ongoing operations in large, partly international customer environments Configuration, installation and integration of workplace systems in the client environment Active Directory Management Management of sessions on terminal servers accept, qualify, solve and forward requests if necessary Support of hard and software in the workplace (PCs, notebooks, tablet PCs, mobile devices) – telephone, remote and local customers Implementation of necessary IT maintenance and administration processes Creation and maintenance of documentation and operating manuals Onboarding the new employees of the customer Control and supervision of data backup and data recovery

completed training as a specialist (all genders) for system integration or a comparable qualification; as an alternative to cross-learning (all genders) with multi-year professional experience in a similar field of work Very good technical knowledge of used workplace systems (PCs, notebooks, tablet PCs, printers, smartphones etc.) Practical knowledge in the Troubleshooting of Windows operating systems Secure knowledge of Active Directory management Found network knowledge in the area of switches and routers Practical experience in application programs from Office 2010 and ideally Office 365 Knowledge of the functioning and application of a ticket system including asset management Remarkable: Mobile Device Management (MDM) knowledge Basic know-how in network technology (WAN, VLAN, VPN etc.) Flowing German knowledge and solid English skills Class B licence required
