Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a social media manager (m/w/d) as a temporary parent agency for two years from June.

Operational and strategic support and further development of our social media accounts (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) Development of creative, organic content formats (feed, stories, video) to strengthen brand and address new target groups Emotional, authentic and brand-compliant preparation of our health and sports topics within the legal framework Planning and implementation of own photo and video productions Control of influencer and creator collaborations including active partner language Active community management with professional, target-group interaction Close cooperation with internal stakeholders, the social media team as well as external agencies and international colleagues Success measurement by regular reporting and deriving concrete optimization measures

Complete studies in marketing, communication or media science or comparable qualifications First practical experiences in the social media sector (e.g. through own social media channel) Enthusiasm for sports and health topics as well as feelings for trends, aesthetics and new formats Very good knowledge of common social media platforms, tools and relevant KPIs Communicative, proactive and team-oriented - safe in dealing with people, even in shooting or creator appointments (if required also in front of the camera) German and English language skills in word and writing Ready for occasional travel (e.g. productions, events in Germany and abroad)
