For many years in the German-speaking countries, we have been increasingly focusing on foreign countries in recent years and successfully opening country shops in France, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland. You carry out vehicle diagnostics and coding remotely You support workshops and customers in troubleshooting You analyze and solve technical problems by phone, email or remote connection You mean between manufacturers and customers, e.g. in case of warranty requests You coordinate technical complaints between our assembly points, customers and manufacturers

You have expertise in KFZ electronics and mechanics You work independently and team-oriented You have experience in dealing with diagnostic software and IT systems You think analytic You have good knowledge of German and English
