In-house technician (m/f/d)

With your craftsmanship, you will ensure that our buildings and technical facilities work reliably and are always in a well maintained state. These include ongoing maintenance, maintenance and minor repair work as well as painting and repair work. You take the regular control and verification of our safety equipment and coordinate the necessary maintenance and testing with internal and external contacts. You keep up-to-date maintenance in mind, identify possible technical problems at an early stage and thus contribute to a safe and smooth operation of our facilities. Together with the Haustechnik team, you take care of the care of our garden and outdoor facilities and make sure that You make a well-kept impression at any time of year. In the winter months, you will take the winter service together with your colleagues and ensure safe routes and outdoor areas. You are also asked when taking goods: You coordinate deliveries, keep an overview and ensure a proper procedure. If you provide electrotechnical knowledge and skills, you can also contribute to us: Depending on the qualification, there is the possibility to take over tasks in the field of electrotechnical tests and/or installations – also in perspective in the field of devices and/or carriers. In the Haustechnik team you will join our Senior Center and our Health Centre in Ötigheim. You represent each other and share the willingness to call for both institutions.

As a home technician, you have extensive knowledge of home technology in order to master a variety of tasks. Thanks to your basic knowledge in garden care you create a neat and welcoming environment If you have a training in the field of electrical engineering (no need!), you can also bring this knowledge to us.
