Inhouse ERP Consultant (w/m/d)

Do you want to design processes along the supply chain in such a way that availability, stocks and processes really vote? In this role, you can optimize end-to-end goods management processes at SPAETER. Your focus: process optimization, BPMN modeling and the derivation of specific implementation packages in the form of user stories that bring real added value to the ERP. You analyse goods management and SCM processes (e.g. procurement, stocks, MRP, goods receipt, inventory) and drive process optimization with clear KPIs. Also model actual and target processes in BPMN, make dependencies visible and provide a common understanding of the process. You translate specialist requirements into user stories including acceptance criteria, prioritize backlogs and accompany the implementation. In addition to the moderation of workshops with disciplines, structure requirements, clarify target images and secure decision-making. In addition, you accompany tests, rollouts and stabilization and pay attention to data quality, master data logic and smooth processes in the daily business. You create documentation and training and provide user skills and acceptance.

Complete studies (e.g. business informatics, logistics, supply chain management, economic engineering or comparable) or completed vocational training with corresponding qualifications and relevant practical experience. Professional experience in ERP at the interface merchandise management & supply chain. Interest in end-to-end processes and understanding of goods flow, stocks and planning. First experiences or strong interest in BPMN process modeling and methodological process thinking. Embossed ability to formulate requirements in User Stories and to synchronize them with IT and specialist. Analytical strength, clear communication and a structured, careful working process complete your profile. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge of advantage.
