Creation and review of additional cost accounting for commercial real estate Examination and booking of invoices and documents related to incidental costs Communication with tenants and owners regarding questions and concerns about additional charges Management of rental accounts, in particular with regard to incidental cost advance payments for incidental cost accounting Participation in the optimization of accounting processes and systems Support in the creation of operating budgets and forecasts

Successfully completed commercial training, preferably with reference to accounting or as real estate business (m/w/d) Knowledge of accounting, ideally in cost accounting High affinity in dealing with numbers Analytical procedure Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel A structured, careful and independent way of working Embossed service orientation, communication strength and team capacity
