As a technical trainer for electrical assembly (m/w/d), you are part of Optima Pharma GmbH. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling solutions including isolator and freeze dryers, you will work with the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

You are responsible for the planning and implementation of theoretical and practical training on the machines and lines for our national and international employees. You create practical training documents in the form of text or video material that serve as a guide or handout to support practical machine training. In creating training videos, moderate and communicate the training content. You carry out theoretical and practical training independently on the machines and lines for the field of electrical assembly and commissioning automation. Close cooperation with the technical departments of technology, production and service for identifying training needs and developing practical product-specific training contents. In the field of electrical assembly as well as commissioning automation, you drive the training strategy forward independently and are also responsible for a successful implementation. You develop suppliers and locations abroad in a targeted manner and ensure a worldwide standard in the field of electrical assembly and commissioning automation.

You have completed technical training and ideally a further education to the technician or master with the emphasis on mechanical engineering or mechatronics. You have more than 3 years of professional experience in the assembly and commissioning of machines and turnkey lines, across product areas in the field of electrical assembly and commissioning automation. Good knowledge of machine technology, technology and machine processes, as well as with various control platforms (Siemens, Rockwell), sensors and field devices (frequency converter, DC drives, servo drives, etc.). Your strong communication skills enable you to take responsibility for the professional development of employees in handling our machines. To do this, you will bring well-founded knowledge in the field of electrical assembly and commissioning automation. You have a safe appearance and are thrilled to convey content in a comprehensible, practical and vivid manner in German and English. Readiness to travel as part of the training and qualification of suppliers and internal employees (national and international).
