IT Network Engineer (m/f/d)

Design our cross-site network and security infrastructure with Cisco Meraki and Microsoft Azure.

You continue to operate and develop our cross-site network and security infrastructure (Cisco Meraki, Routing, Switching, WLAN). You actively shape the expansion of our hybrid network landscape in Microsoft Azure. You ensure secure and stable operation of our networks and implement modern security concepts such as firewalling, VPN and network segmentation. You're analysing and resolving complex network and security issues and are a technical assistant in the team. You automate recurring tasks with PowerShell or comparable technologies and introduce your own ideas for optimization. You work in national and international IT projects and actively shape the further development of our infrastructure. You control our external IT partners, coordinate their services and ensure reliable, high-quality cooperation.

A completed IT training or a study of computer science - alternatively a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience. Multiannual experience in operation and in the further development of modern network environments. Good knowledge of the Cisco environment, ideally with Cisco Meraki or comparable solution. Experience with Microsoft Azure or interest in developing you in this area. Understanding modern IT security concepts such as firewalls, VPN, network segmentation or Zero Trust. An independent, structured way of working and the pleasure of taking responsibility and developing solutions together in the team. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing.
