Quality Manager / Hygiene Manager (m/f/d)

Hygiene Management & Operational Control You bear the responsibility for our entire hygiene concept and continuously develop it. You plan, conduct and document regular hygiene controls in production, storage and secondary areas. You monitor and optimize cleaning and disinfection processes, and in doing so You are in charge of personal and foreign personnel. You create, check and maintain cleaning plans as well as all relevant hygiene documentation. You train employees on hygiene regulations, GMP guidelines, cleaning processes and correct behaviour in the production environment. Support for Quality Assurance / Contact for QS You are the main partner for quality assurance in all hygiene issues. You support internal and external audits (e.g. IFS, BRCGS, HACCP and regulatory audits). You participate in HACCP analyses and ongoing risk assessments. You perform environmental monitoring, deportation tests and ATP measurements, evaluate the results and create trend analyses. You cooperate in the processing of complaints, deviations, root-cause analyses and CAPA measures. You actively shape and develop our quality and hygiene standards. Coordination and interface work You work closely with production, quality assurance, technology, maintenance and external service providers. You accompany cleaning operations – if necessary also outside regular working hours. You ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal standards and certification requirements. You communicate hygiene measures and requirements clearly and understandably to all relevant areas within the company.

With your high quality awareness, enforcing strength and clear communication, you ensure that hygiene in everyday life is not just a standard, but a living standard. You also keep an overview of short-term deviations and act in a solution-oriented manner. Also convince you by: A completed training or studies in food technology, food hygiene, quality management or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in food production, ideally in hygiene management. Knowledge of hygiene management and food law. Experience with HACCP concepts and hazard analyses. Knowledge of IFS Food, BRCGS or comparable standards. Experience in environmental monitoring and microbiological sampling. Good knowledge of English in word and writing (at least level B1/B2). Secure handling of MS Office; ERP knowledge, ideally SAP (QM/PP/PM), are advantageous. Communication strength and the ability to act as a competent respondent. Enforcement capability with simultaneous team and cooperation capability. A structured, independent and analytical method. Problem-solving competence, flexibility and loadability – especially in short-term hygiene-relevant topics.
