Ensuring compliance with national and international regulations in foreign and customs law Support for management in compliance issues in cross-border trade Optimization and further development of internal processes for trade compliance Creation, maintenance and distribution of relevant policies and work instructions Control and monitoring of export and import operations including approval management Maintenance and control of customs data in the corresponding ERP systems Cooperation with IT and specialist departments in the further development of system-based processes Implementation of internal training on customs and external matters Support in the preparation and implementation of internal and external audits

Complete studies or vocational training related to logistics, foreign trade or comparable fields Multiannual professional experience in the context of international trade knowledge of customs and external economic law and the application of relevant systems (e.g. SAP) Analytical thinking, structured working and high self-responsibility Communication strength in German and English
