Representation of the management of the holdings in the absence of them in the context of the existing knowledge and powers Acquisition of selected tasks of the management of the premises in close coordination Processing and implementation of projects and special tasks Support in the organisation, control and optimization of operational processes Management and guidance of employees in the operational field Ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, work and safety standards Monitoring of order and cleanliness on the premises Reporting of accidents, near accidents, damages, defects, safety deficiencies and control of the applicable work and operating instructions

Complete technical or commercial vocational training, training as a master or technician, completed studies or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in recycling and/or Waste management Multiannual professional experience in the recycling industry, ideally in the field of cooling equipment recycling, as well as experience in the management of employees and operations Knowledge of procedural systems and a good understanding of economic relationships and operational processes Good knowledge of quality management, material flow management and the relevant legal regulations in the fields of waste, immission protection, water and work protection law Impressed communication and organisational ability, sense of responsibility, team orientation, enforcement ability and reliable and result-oriented working Driving licence class B; forklift certificate as well as qualifications for wheel loaders and/or excavators are desirable, as well as training for EfB managers and a current safety training
