SECURITY OPERATIONS You monitor the IT landscape on security-relevant events, analyze threats and vulnerabilities, coordinate the processing of security incidents and guide appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent, detect and minimize risks. OPERATIVER SECURITY-BETRIEB You administrate, monitor and optimise central IT security solutions, analyze security-relevant events and ensure reliable operation. You continuously design, implement and develop the IT security architecture of urban infrastructure, taking into account current developments and threats in cyber security. PROJECTWORK You plan, tax and coordinate IT security projects independently and work closely with internal departments, service providers and manufacturers. CYBER-RESILIENZ You first, care and check IT emergency, restart and incident response plans and actively participate in the preparation and execution of emergency exercises. BERATUNG AND KOORDINATION You advise colleagues on IT security issues, support the implementation of security requirements and coordinate security-relevant measures with internal and external stakeholders.

QUALIFIKATION You have a successfully completed degree course in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Security or a comparable subject FACHKOMPETENZ & KENTNISSE You will have knowledge in the fields of IT security, networks, operating systems and modern security architectures and will be happy to bring experience with relevant IT security standards and regulations (e.g. BSI IT basic protection, ISO 27001 or NIS2). INITIATIVE & EIGENSTÄNDIGKEIT You are going on tasks independently and proactively, independent and responsible actions are your own. PROJECTCOMPETENZ You plan and coordinate tasks and projects independently and keep track of dates, priorities and quality requirements. ANALYSIS AND PROBLEMLINGCOMPETENZ You analyze complex technical relationships and safety risks, recognize action needs early and develop structured, sustainable and targeted solutions in critical situations. You communicate clearly, securely and addressably in German (at least level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), conveys technical issues in a comprehensible manner and works constructively with specialist areas, service providers and colleagues.
