The center of your internship is the design and development of a central management platform for the Badenova Together with various disciplines, you develop content, research-relevant information and prepare it for management (m/w/d) to address The design of platform content, templates, FAQ areas as well as a user-friendly structure is also part of your task In addition, you are working on the further development of knowledge management solutions for personnel planning and accompanying training opportunities for managers (m/w/d) Your internship is rounded off by insights into the operative People-&-Culture day business and collaboration with executives (m/w/d)

Your conditions: The practical semester / compulsory internship takes place in full time from 01.03.2027 to 31.07.2027. Curiosity and the willingness to gain valuable practical experience in the area of People & Culture in the course of your studies in economic, social, communication or humanities Interest in leadership, human resources development, knowledge management and organisational development Secure handling of MS Office applications, in particular PowerPoint, Excel and Word, as well as the willingness to work into new digital tools (e.g. SharePoint) Joy in making information understandable, working structured and working together with different disciplines A motivated hand-on mentality, independent working, and the desire to take responsibility and introduce your own ideas Very good knowledge of German at least C1 level
