Technische:r Product Owner (m/f/d)

You can move from product, technology and venture building at the interface – with the perspective of switching to a venture as a technical co-founder, or building further ventures technically in the Venture Studio. This role brings you a deep technical understanding into the venture building process and helps to make sound technology decisions. Together with Venture Architects, you translate customer requirements and market feedback into feasible technical product requirements You combine business perspective and technical feasibility and ensure clarity between product idea and implementation You accompany ventures from fast prototyping cycles to production-ready software You work with agency partners and internal developers:inside the technical implementation of digital products You meet developers in the Sparring:in architectural decisions You use AI-first and agentic engineering approaches in product development – with high delivery frequency and fast releases You are responsible for Deployment, Observability, Security and Privacy based on AWS as a central infrastructure setup and accompany technical decisions on hosting and operational capability With internal Haufe Group teams, you will vote on compliance, IT security releases and integration into the existing Haufe Group infrastructure

Multiannual experience as Product Owner, Developer:in or in a comparable role in the software context Strong technical understanding of software architecture, deployment, cloud infrastructure and modern development processes Experience to translate customer feedback in features, requirements and clear product decisions Security in cooperation with developers:inside, engineering leads, architect:inside and external tech partners Experience in controlling and structuring digital product development Good understanding of topics such as observability, security, privacy and data protection compliant product development Experience with fast development cycles, high delivery frequency and iterative product work Knowledge of AWS-based infrastructures Experience in the use of AI-first and agentic engineering approaches in product development. Strong communication skills, priority skills and a pragmatic, entrepreneurial working style Very good knowledge of German and English (C1) in word and writing
