Teach German as a secondary and foreign language and teach language skills in practice Designing integration and professional language courses and responding to different learning requirements Preparing and preparing teaching units and using suitable learning materials Individually promote and motivate learners and accompany them in their linguistic progress Observe and document learning progress and further develop teaching in accordance with needs Carefully conduct participation and teaching documentation according to BAMF requirements Creating a valuable and interculturally open learning environment

Approval of BAMF for work as a teacher in integration courses Additional qualification for professional language courses at level B2 or the BAMF registration required for this purpose Completion of professional qualifications, for example a study or a comparable qualification in the field of German as a foreign or secondary language Teaching experience in German as a foreign or secondary language, ideally in integration and professional language courses Educational skill and empathy in dealing with adult learners Pleasure of creative and practical teaching and individual promotion Intercultural competence and appreciation of communication to people with different cultural and personal backgrounds Driving licence class B desirable for possible uses at different resorts The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
