As a Product Owner, you’ll present – together with the Tribe Digital Leadership – where the journey goes for our Mobile Banking App: you’ll develop a clear product vision and strategy and advance it in close coordination with the relevant stakeholders. You think and trade agilely, control your team in Sprints to prioritize the tasks and take care of the Product Backlog. To do this, you analyze the customer journey as well as requirements sharply, optimise, evaluate and manage it based on business goals, customer feedback and market analyses, creating a seamless and user-friendly experience in the mobile banking app. Of course, you write high quality, compile reports and analyses to track the relevant KPIs, and close each step with local and global stakeholders in terms of their needs and expectations. With your good sense of improvement, you will point the way to the future for app development. With the help of thought-out reporting dashboards, you will review customer feedback and user data and translate it together with your colleagues in hand-resistant concepts and customer journey maps. You can also rely on regulatory and governance: You treat relevant processes, manage the compliance of assets and make sure that all of them are moving in one line with clear guidelines and documentation. And of course you have your hand in the game and design, realize, test and implement new features, processes and systems in a sustainable and effective way.

Studies with a focus on BWL / Business Informatics or Banking Practice Multiannual experience as Product Owner o. Ä., ideal in the field of mobile banking or fintech Deep knowledge in the design of customer journeys and capable of using them for business banking customers Funded know-how in project work, in (IT) process management and ideally in the business field of digital customer interfaces and banking products / self-services Practice in designing and implementing technical requirements Excellent presentation and communication skills for clear and comprehensible communication of complex ideas Systematic, independent working and fun at work in the team Ability to think beyond your own horizon and develop sustainable solutions Very good German and English in word and writing
