At the next time, we are looking for you as a FRMCS consultant:in for analysis and optimization of radio systems - 5G & Mission Critical Services (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at Berlin or Frankfurt am Main. Your tasks:

The core of your work is the further development and optimization of the 5G-based railway operating telecommunications platform FRMCS (Future Railway Mobile Communication System) of DB InfraGO You will explore and compare different variants for implementing the FRMCS platform, in particular in the context of the integration of public mobile networks As part of regulatory and operational aspects, you identify and analyze possibilities for technical and economic optimization of the FRMCS system For these optimizations, you create technical concepts and designs, tune them with the relevant stakeholders and present them at management level, among others. Needed adjustments in the FRMCS standardization as well as requirements for practical testing are recognized by you and coordinated with the relevant teams You support the implementation planning of DB InfraGO for 5G and Mission Critical Services e.g. in the preparation and evaluation of specifications, award documents or specific technical specifications Finally, you work closely with various relevant stakeholders in the context of FRMCS within and outside the Deutsche Bahn and together you always look for the best solutions

Your profile:

The basis of your career is a successfully completed degree in engineering, e.g. in the field of news technology, telecommunications, computer science, economic engineering or a comparable field of expertise You have already gained experience in the design, analysis, development and/or operation of mobile systems, ideally in the field of 5G and Mission Critical Services Through your knowledge in project management, you are looking for safe and tax complex topics focused on the goal With your solution-oriented communication in German and English, you can safely move in the complex European project environment Through your self-organization and enthusiasm for new things, you work cooperatively and targeted in interdisciplinary teams Even if technical developments require time, you keep an overview, stay up and work with endurance on long-term solutions
