You have as a member of the management with your approx. 80 employees are responsible for sales (via several branch offices and external service teams), their own specialist markets, sales services, key account management and e-commerce. Here you are required as a strong leadership and strategist as well as a macher m/w/d, who brings power to the street with his/her teams. In this function you are in very close contact with the Head of Category Management (Product Management, Product Marketing, Purchasing, Assortments) and report directly to the Managing Director. The office is the headquarters, the travel part is approx. 30% and individual remote tags are possible.

On the basis of a solid training (e.g. studies in business management) you will bring several years of professional and leadership experience in the distribution of technical trade to this exciting task.
