Responsibility for the proper implementation of the defined processes in the warehouse. Professional leadership of an approximately 5-10 team. enforcement of order and cleanliness as well as protection and safety provisions within the defined area. Monitoring the proper handling of employees with the technical resources used (e.g. forklift trucks, speed runners). Responsibility of the residual quantity control of the picking zones and notification of differences to the layer line. Meeting the target specifications and the target achievement levels with the team and, if necessary, meeting determined deviations. Daily control and correction of process time detection. Cross-departmental cooperation, e.g. with the Warehouse Administration and regular coordination with the shift management.

Complete vocational training in the logistics sector (e.g. specialist for warehouse logistics), as an alternative extensive experience in the logistics sector. Ideally first leadership experience. Good self-organization and efficient time management. Error detection, analysis and resolution, solution-oriented mentality. Impressed communication and conflict resolution capability. Regular, operational cooperation/support (e.g. commissioning) if necessary. Teamability is not only a flea for you, but a living everyday life.
