Management and organisation of the reception team including service planning and employee management Responsibility for the entire process at the front office from Check In to Check Out and beyond Close cooperation with all departments Ensuring a smooth run at reception Contact person for guests and processing of guest wishes Consumption of reservations Coordination of VIP bookings and their on-site support Optimization of workflows and quality assurance in the front office leadership, training and motivation of the reception team and continuous development of the team Responsibility for cash management, billing and monthly accounts Transfer of MOD services (Manager on Duty) to other departments

Professional vocational training and experience at the front office a 5* hotels Experience in team leadership Computer Knowledge (Fidelio Suite 8, Microsoft Office) Motivation and passion for your profession very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (French of advantage) Teamability, flexibility and reliability cordial appearance
