Your vocational training is especially important for Techem! And we have a network of over 100 instructors who support us.

Are you interested in current topics of marketing, such as possibilities of digitalization, trends in communication and sustainability? Then our dual study is just the right thing for you! The basics for this are brought closer to you at the DHBW in Mannheim. Every three months, the theory follows the practice – and you are actively engaged in our company headquarters in Eschborn. Specifically, it is about the development of creative solutions and strategies for complex issues such as marketing and sales. Modern means of communication as well as your experienced colleagues support you – so that you can start well prepared with us after your dual study. In our azuubic projects, you can take ownership. Together with the other trainees, you are responsible for the development, organisation and implementation of various projects and can thus provide real added value for the company.

Oh and by the way: Where do we actually work? Once in the office, sometimes at home, sometimes hybrid – it will be flexible for you in any case.

You bring a good general university maturity and have good grades in mathematics. You are interested in business relationships and special knowledge in marketing. You are motivating when it comes to creating scientific work. Engagement and initiative are not foreign words for you. You have a good communication strength, an independent and creative way of working, and you have fun to present even before internal and external audiences. You are a flexible team player and take the chance to participate in occasional travel activities.
