Kundenservice / Customer Service Officer in Breckerfeld (m/f/d)

You mainly take care of our Dutch branch and are the first contact person for our customers in the Netherlands. You process and process Dutch customer orders in our ERP system. You provide competent support to our customers by telephone and e-mail and provide advice on questions. As an interface between customers and internal departments, you ensure smooth communication and coordination. You create offers and support the processing of customer requests. Complaints and returns are professionally handled by you. You maintain and update customer and master data. ? For projects as well as sales and marketing activities, you are actively involved. You support your colleagues in the daily business and contribute to efficient processes. Your collaboration helps you continuously optimize internal processes and IT solutions. For internal and external events, in particular for dental fairs, please support our team.

You have professional experience in customer service or in a comparable position. Very good Dutch knowledge of word and writing are absolutely necessary as you serve our Dutch customers. Good knowledge of English is desirable. You are characterized by a high customer orientation, communication strength and reliable operation. You bring technical understanding and work flexibly and solution-oriented. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; SAP knowledge is advantageous. Ideally you have experience in dental technology, orthodontics or a technical environment.
