About us The Landeskriminalamt Schleswig-Holstein (LKA SH) is an assigned office of the Ministry of Interior, Local, Housing and Sport. The tasks of LKA SH in the field of investigations and deployment and investigation support are a wide range and are very versatile. The LKA SH is divided into five departments. The enrolled workstation is located in Division 5 – Operational deployment and investigation support at LKA, Division 51 – Mobile Operations Command (MEK).

System development and operation: independent design, construction, operation and administration of radar systems (Doppler and microdoppler radars) as well as independent, responsible creation of technical guidelines for the use and analysis of radar systems Independent design, programming, selection and operation of specific software applications Independent design, selection, operation and support of third-party software Independent design, selection, installation and operation of communication infrastructure Independent, responsible integration of new sensors into existing systems and platforms Tuning and configuration of radar subsystems (hard and software) Responsible documentation of complex operating systems developed in the LKA 5 including Summary of their interactions with added complex third-party systems Continuous testing of application systems for functionality and topicality with regard to the constantly developing technical requirements of the work area
