Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Control and monitoring of all daily financial processes and ensuring correct, complete and timely accounting procedures Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts (HGB) Ensuring correct sales tax, wage tax and other reporting logic Identification of optimization potentials and efficiency enhancements, in particular automation and standardization of processes Professional and disciplinary leadership and motivation of the team and its further development Support and management of digital projects Close exchange with other departments and ensuring smooth, cross-departmental processes Creation of analyses, reports and commentaries for management and director finance Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines Audit and internal audit support Cooperation with auditors, tax advisors, authorities and external service providers

Successfully completed studies of business management with a focus on accounting, taxes or comparable training with further qualification (e.g. accounting officer IHK) Multiannual professional experience in finance, ideal in a similar position Experience in employee management desirable Extensive knowledge required in the preparation of monthly and annual accounts Found experience in accounting, accounting, and accounting (HGB) Confidence with intercompany processes and tax law of advantage Very good knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, BI tools and ERP systems High analytical skills and strategic thinking Very good communication skills, service orientation and team skills Self-employed and structured work The notion of hand-on mentality is not strange to you High level of reliability, confidentiality and sense of responsibility Quick understanding of complex facts, high readiness to learn
