Account Manager (m/w/d)

ACT NOW! - these are your tasks:

• Input control in the field of network use, multi- and low-quantities and measuring point operation
• Coordination and monitoring of appointments to comply with the deadlines laid down by the Federal Network Agency
• Monitoring of data and processing of wastewater and market partner requests
• Cleaning of fault constellations and implementation of quality assurance measures
• Cooperation in improving and simplifying processes
• Participation in the implementation of new legal requirements

Your profile - you should bring:

• Complete commercial vocational training, e.g. as a merchant for office management, industrial clerk or comparable
• Professional experience in the commercial environment, ideally in billing control or comparable
• Organisational and communication skills combined with the joy in the team to work
• Responsible and customer-oriented operation
