Your duties include: Increase in the awareness of Atos Medical Supporting existing customers and ensuring sustainable customer retention and monthly delivery with tools through regular customer contact (e.g. home visits, installation visits, telephone calls and virtual interaction) Structure and care of long-term relationships with extraclinical, medical care facilities such as intensive care WG's, nursing homes and intensive medical care services Onboarding new patients from clinics and network into the Atos Homecare system Optimization of the product portfolio in patient care according to the sales requirements Contact and contact care to important network partners (e.g. medical professionals and therapists) Implementation and participation in events for nurses, affected persons and self-help groups Implementation and post-processing of concepts provided by the Marketing department and, if necessary, participation in regional customer events Close cooperation with the sales interfaces
