Account Manager Competence Center Insurance (m/f/d)

Their main focus is on the processing of facts from the insurance, contribution and reporting law of the statutory health insurance. You guide post accounts and edit relevant topics. As part of the automated reporting procedures, you maintain the insured data, edit the different messages (e.g. for utility remuneration / in the DÜBAK-Meldeverfahren etc.) and check the error and hint lists. Cooperation with social security institutions and utilities to decide and maintain insurance periods. You support the sales and customer service team in the acquisition of new members (m/w/d).

Whether you are a social security specialist (m/w/d), a health professional (m/w/d) or a comparable training background - you are welcome to us. Ideally, you already bring basic knowledge of social security law and first professional experience in a health insurance company. You are committed and quickly engaged in new topics and convince in customer contact with your warm and empathic way. You are communicative, creative and like to work in the team.
