As Head of Construction Monitoring Region Mitte, you are responsible for quality, time and budget-oriented construction monitoring services in new, remodeling and complex maintenance projects. You are close to the team, regularly present on site and an open, communicative contact person. Your tasks:

You take over the management of the construction monitoring unit for the region Mitte and bear the overall responsibility for the quality, dates and budgets of all construction monitoring services according to corporate and legal requirements Your team guides you professionally and disciplinaryly, promotes self-responsibility, further development and cooperation – and ensures predictive resource planning and efficient deployment control With a strategic view, you tax all contractually agreed services, develop solution-oriented approaches in the project business and represent the OE sovereign to internal and external partners Continuous development of processes, standards and competencies in building monitoring is an active step forward and initiates training and further training for your team You ensure compliance with all work, health, environmental and safety regulations and are responsible for the assignment and control of external construction monitoring services As a central interface to the management area, you coordinate the project results of your OE and ensure a transparent and efficient coordination with all relevant stakeholders

Your profile:

You have a successfully completed study in the field of electrical engineering or civil engineering or industrial engineering with a focus on electrical engineering or Civil engineering you bring or have a comparable qualification with long-term professional experience Multiannual experience in construction monitoring or construction management, ideally in the energy or infrastructure sector, brings you with and know the requirements of complex railway or engineering projects You bring practice into resource management, deployment planning and dealing with relevant rules and regulations and always keeps in mind quality, safety and cost-effectiveness As a present and communicative leader, you work close to your team, perform clear and binding and create an environment in which responsibility and trust grow You think entrepreneurial, meet decisions with vision and convince by organizational talent, resilience and willingness to design An order as a responsible electrical power (VEFK) according to DIN/VDE 1000-10 is ideally brought with or willing to acquire the necessary qualification in the short term
