General responsibility for operation and the strategic development of the SAP-based document management system across the entire application lifecycle Ensuring a stable operation including analysis and sustainable elimination of complex disturbances in the SAP and DMS environment Control and quality assurance of customizing and development orders in the SAP and DMS environment Responsibility for optimization, migration and further development projects including Priority, coordination and risk management Advising the specialist areas for the imaging of company-critical processes and translation of technical requirements into sustainable IT solutions technical and operational control of external development and hosting service providers incl. Quality assurance, acceptance and escalation management

Skills: completed studies of (economic) informatics, an engineering course or a comparable degree multiannual experience in the application management of complex SAP system landscapes, ideally in the DMS environment well-founded SAP know-how across multiple components and deep understanding of complex SAP system landscapes very good knowledge in SAP-Customizing as well as sound understanding of development, interface and integration scenarios good knowledge of ABAP and experience in controlling and quality assurance of development services desirable first practical experience with ITIL processes desirable Personal skills: pronounced technical affinity and pronounced ability to structure, evaluate and process complex IT relationships independently very high level of self-responsibility, decision-making and implementation, as well as the need to thoroughly penetrate and advance issues sustainably pronounced communication and consulting competencies with different stakeholders in order to communicate facts in a manner that is addressable a high degree of self-organization, prioritization and resilience in parallel processing of several complex topics Team-oriented action paired with enforcing, sense of responsibility and strong service orientation to ensure stable and sustainable business processes
