Deputy Head of Nursing & Training (m/f/d)

You support and represent the area management – including leadership, decision-making and personnel responsibility – across all our 26 nursing homes, 4 day care and the outpatient service. Together with the field management, you will design the strategic, technical and economic development of the entire service network – with the aim of actively changing the day of care of tomorrow.

You promote the quality, cost-effectiveness and networking of our stationary, semi-stationary and outpatient offers and create connecting structures across all locations.

With new thinking and bold ideas, you are driving forward innovative topics such as digitalization, quarter development, modern housing and supply forms or interdisciplinary cooperation.

You work closely with other areas, control processes and budgets and keep key figures in mind.

You ensure compliance with legal, technical and qualitative standards – and develop these standards further. Through your project and concept work you actively shape the future of Kleeblatt Pflegeheime gGmbH By the way: The area ''Pflege und Ausbildung''' comprises 26 fully-stationary care facilities, the competence center for dementia, four day care services, outpatient offers for the approximately 700 assisted apartments, as well as care training and customer advice.

You have completed training and a degree in nursing, social, health or operational management – or a comparable qualification. Multiannual guidance experience in the nursing area, e.g. as a nursing service line, facility management or comparable management function Business management, quality management, personnel management and project management are not foreign words for you. You think analytic, act responsibly and make decisions with a vision. Leadership, organization and communication are your strengths – team orientation and appreciation are of course for you. You work safely with digital applications and enjoy innovative developments. Please note: Careful training and experience with care concepts and project work are essential for this job.
