Recruiter - HR Administration / Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

You take over the organization of the entire application process – from pre-selection of suitable talents to candidate communication to appointment coordination, with you being actively supported by AI tools. You actively participate in internal projects, independently monitor deadlines and ensure that our processes work smoothly and on time. You carefully care about our CRM system and support the team by monitoring relevant KPIs and preparing for evaluations. You plan and coordinate internal and external events independently and manage the entire invitation process. You support in order processing, create offers and perform general administrative and organizational tasks in the team.

As a communicative team player, you document carefully and make sure everyone is in the picture. You speak and write German at a negotiated level (C2).
