Creation of performance directories and preparation of tenders Coordination and participation in the award of construction services Communication with and representation of the builder during construction Management and coordination of the executive companies Construction monitoring and quality assurance on site Ensuring compliance with cost and time requirements in cooperation with the project controlling Accompanying the construction and final documentation

Complete study of architecture or civil engineering Multiannual experience in the construction line focusing on the performance phases 6-8 Safe handling of relevant standards and regulations. (VOB/B) Enforcement and Structured Operation Communication strength as well as the ability to make informed decisions safe and sovereign Motivation in the team to contribute to projects with real social added value - especially in the health and care sector, where architecture has a direct impact on the well-being of people
