You conduct, answer and develop the procurement, product management and Purchase team with around 33 employees You are responsible for the development of international purchasing strategies, conducts self-conditions and contract negotiations, builds supplier relationships and are responsible for achieving the sales and earnings targets You are responsible for the import and purchase of Europe for the household, living & decoration, garden & leisure, apparel and walzvital product ranges for print and online You are responsible for the timely procurement and availability of goods You are responsible for pricing based on market, competitive and customer analyses In cooperation with your team, as well as the areas involved, you will develop the concepts for marketing the ranges “online”, “catalogue” and “great trade” You plan the purchasing budget, the stock and the SKU ́s You are responsible for the continuous, customer-oriented optimization of the range and control of KPI's (demand, sales, margin, LUG, stock inventory, overhangs, etc.) You are responsible for the transfer of current processes into digitized and automated processes

You have a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or in a comparable field, or an education with corresponding professional experience You know the supplier management and supply chain management of a trading company in senior function You have Sourcing experience in the Far East and in Europe Ideally, you have experience in print and online sorting A pronounced, analytical way of working and a good sense of trends and brand development in the target group are yours You are an entrepreneur type with hand-on mentality A quick understanding and the ability to quickly think into complex processes are your strengths Readiness to travel and very good English skills in word and writing are of course for you
