Student Assistant (m/w/d) with a focus on financial and real estate markets

Are you interested in the development of financial and real estate markets? Do you want to learn more about the structural challenges of the real estate industry? Then we will look for you from 1. August 2025 or later, first terminated for one year, as a student employee (m/w/d) focusing on financial and real estate markets.

They work together with our research team on data research, the conduct of surveys (e.g. ZIA-IW-ISI), empirical analyses (e.g. in the context of the Ariadne Heat and Living Panel) and the writing of scientific texts (e.g. in Fin.Connect.NRW). They perform administrative tasks independently. Your task area is rounded off by the independent creation of graphics presentation documents.

You are a student (m/w/d) of economics, social sciences or geography and at least in the third semester. They are of great interest in real estate economic issues and/or questions about financing the transformation of the economy. They have experience in statistical evaluation programs (e.g. R) and the common MS Office programs. They have an open-minded way and very good knowledge in German as well as a reliable and careful way of working.
