You take over the professional leadership of employees in production They are responsible for organizing and securing a frictionless manufacturing process They ensure compliance with all valid provisions regarding quality, hygiene, environmental protection, energy and safety of work You will always have an overview of the work of employees and their holiday planning They take care of the training and further development of staff In addition, optimize internal processes and plants and support plant personnel if necessary

A completed training in the food sector, ideally with further training as a master / technician (m/w/d) Experience in the leadership of employees A high level of technical understanding The handling of MS Office and an ERP system is not strange to you Communicative personality and organizational strength Responsibility, enforcement and decision-making Willingness to shift work
