Project management with overall responsibility: You take over the holistic control of complex construction and approval projects for plant locations and ensure that appointments, budgets and regulatory requirements remain in line. You will make a decisive contribution to the secure and sustainable implementation of infrastructure and energy projects. Making approval procedures active: you plan, coordinate and answer approval, display and approval procedures according to existing building, construction planning and environmental law (e.g. BImSchG, BauGB, B-Plan and F-Plan) and conduct projects in a sovereign manner through administrative processes. Formal processes and plant removal: You organize and control the entire approval process until successful plant removal and keep in mind all formal requirements. This allows you to create the basis for a smooth transition to operational operation. Requirements management and authority communication: You coordinate requirements from public audits and monitoring, pursue their implementation and are in close cooperation with authorities and internal departments. Interface and Partner Management: You act as a central contact person for internal teams, external planning offices, experts and customers and coordinate all project participants efficiently. Through your clear communication, you drive projects forward in a targeted manner. Procurement and procurement in the approval field: You prepare tenders, collect offers and support the award of services in the licensing environment.

Technical background: Complete studies in civil engineering, environmental engineering, environmental engineering, architecture or comparable qualifications related to infrastructure or energy projects. Professional experience & industry knowledge: practical experience in construction, approval management, environmental technology or plant safety as well as sound knowledge in building and environmental law (e.g. BImSchG, BauGB). Project Management & Processes: Safe handling of common project management methods (classical or agile) as well as experience in managing complex approval and planning processes. IT and system competence: routine in handling MS Office, digital project tools and ideally software solutions in the field of document management or approval processes. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Embossed negotiation skills, structured working methods and the ability to communicate professionally and solution-oriented with authorities, reviewers and internal interfaces.
