Design of forward-looking production systems: They define systems for fulfilling our manufacturing strategy.

Further development of value flow design: As a driving force, you cooperate with manufacturing, logistics, engineering and development and represent your specialist area in demand management.

Ensuring delivery capability: Through continuous system analyses, you will develop suggestions for improving bottleneck processes.

Determining and defining essential production KPIs: They determine key figures such as OEE and throughput times.

Continuous monitoring: Together with the departments, you follow and agree to the objectives.

Planning and optimization of complex systems: They work closely with disposition, production control, engineering and manufacturing in terms of order and warehouse production and use suitable decoupling points.

Improvement measures: They require and review measures with the relevant contact persons.

Leadership of interdisciplinary teams: You are leading small teams both in your group and in projects to a common success.

Above-average degree: You have a degree in production and operations management, business informatics or economic engineering, ideally with promotion.

Knowledge of Operations Research: They have experience in building complex models as a basis for decision-making.

Professional experience in strategic design: They have extensive experience in the design and design of complex manufacturing systems.
